The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the goods according to the Buyer's order.

 

The buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods ordered.

The buyer can make payment for the item using the Internet-based payment tools or paying the invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The bill is prepared electronically and is valid without signatures.

If the item comes next, the seller ensures the delivery of the goods within two (2) business days from the date of receipt of the payment, the time and place of issue with the Buyer.

If the goods are to be shipped, the seller ensures the dispatch of the goods within five (5) business days after the payment for the goods has been received.

 

The Buyer has the right to cancel the Goods within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Goods by sending a Letter of Refusal to the Seller. You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is optional.

The buyer is obliged to return (send out) the item to the Seller within 7 days after sending the refusal letter. All expenses incurred about the return of the Goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

▪ ordered goods are made directly to the Buyer on an individual order;

▪ the buyer has opened a plastic packaging;

▪ the buyer has spoiled the product.

 

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to use the right of withdrawal or to compensate the Buyer in the event of damage to the product, neglectful handling of the product during use or serious damage to its packaging.

By entering the required information upon making an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer agrees that the notices relating to the Customer's order processing will be sent to him by the indicated e-mail.
